This car is a beast. It's overkill, even stock, in many races. The Tuscan is a tremendous value, especially early in the game, because of how many cups it can win.

It was my favorite car in GT2 and GT3, and once I applied these settings to the suspension, I remembered why. Many thanks to Bubba Blackmeat for the insight on bound and rebound.

Spring Rate: 12.6 (Front) / 10.8 (Rear)

Ride Height (mm): 81/81

Shock Bound: 3/2

Shock Rebound: 6/4

Camber: 2/1

Toe: 0/0

Stabilizers: 5/5

For horsepower, I performed the Balancing and Polish on the motor, installed the chip, the racing exhaust, and the Stage 1 NA.

For the transmission, I bolted on the Fully Customizable Transmission and Differential, the triple plate clutch, the racing flywheel and the carbon driveshaft.

I also added the racing brakes, and brake balance controller. I started driving the car with Sports Soft tires and it was fast. Just for kicks I put on racing soft tires and saw the beast that had been created. Really, the racing tires make me feel like it's cheating, but it's fun to enjoy this car's flight.

I didn't post settings for the transmission, differential, or brake balance control because I didn't change them from purchase. I'm half tempted to take them off since I didn't tune them, as I can't justify them being on the car.

Also, the bolted on horsepower isn't necessary for this car to be fast. It's so light that once you get the handle on it, it'll smoke more powerful cars. I set mine up that way for the tuning car cup, not realizing that 480 hp would be overkill. It most certainly was.

Peace.

keeping in mind I tried your settings on a stock TVR with only race suspensions,my main goal being winning the only two races I couldn't win in the blackpool challenge with my stock speed6 laguna seca and opera paris :
- orpheusd0wn settings give a better neutral handling, not oversteering but way better than the awful stock understeer from hell
- ApC settings understeer more than orpheusdown settings but gives a slightly better braking

edit:
after quite a lot of tries I was fed up with thoses races so I "cheated" and bought race tires :guilty: a shame when you think I won all the other races with a stock car...but even with your nice suspensions setups when the standard tires where only slightly green..the understeer and lousy braking was back, lap times lenghtened and I was pissed off with the handling again :ouch: too bad :(
