My group of friends who play poker on Wednesday nights have gotten into the routine of playing Twister when enough people are tired of poker. There are usually about six of us and four or five playing at a time. Has anyone else played Twister recently? It's a load of fun - especially coed (:

Also, I've been looking for a Twister carpet or "rug". The plastic mat / sheet thing tends to get pulled around quite a bit. I'm afraid I'd have to have one specially made to fill my request. Has anyone seen such a product?

Why not just make one of your own? Go to a fabric store, pick up some sheets of fabric, sew a few yards together, then sew on some circles. It'd be cheap....

That game rocks! I haven't played it in a few years, but I should.

That twister rug is an awesome idea! I hate how the normal plastic mat gets all twisted, and bunched up before the games over.

That's not a bad idea, but I think it would still get tugged around during the game. A carpet rug would lay out better.

Naked Twister.

*runs*

1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Tuaca
Fill with Pineapple juice
1 splash 7-Up

THAT is a Naked Twister (:

Strip twister on the other hand ... I believe the only different rule is that when any limb is called for a red circle an article of clothing is to be removed. Removing the clothing comes after the movement, thus letting any shy members "accidentily fall" before they have to take something off. Fun stuff (:

Are you married?

No, I'm not. I don't think I, or most anyone else, would be comfortable with playing Twister with others and their spouces ... unless you're into that kinky kind of stuff.

[Mr. T]You callin' me kinky, fool?[/Mr. T]

Go to a carpet store and buy an off-cut of light-coloured carpet.

Then go to a haberdashery store and buy some clothing dye.

Make the rug.

Use velcro or such like to attach the rug to the floor.

Seriously, a good idea for making your own:

Buy a rug, like GG said.
Cut out a circle from cardboard or something
Then use spraypaint and make the circles
Let paint dry
Have fun w/ your friends.

I sucked at Twister...it's descriminating against vertically challenged people, like me. :)

Yea poor them. Poor them?

It's me that's short! Though I do know a few girls that are shorter than me, one 2 yrs older. So I'm getting taller I guess...

16 and still growin'.... I'm 15 and havn't grown since I got my permit when I trurned 15, somewhere in June of last year. Still 5'11 3/4", but it says 6', so I can't complain.

The only way to play twister is coed, and if you're lucky (naked), but you will never see me playing twister with a bunch of guys.
