Two glitches in GT5

One, I got a Ford Falcon XR8 from a Lv21 ticket, but in my garage, the thumbnail was of a Dodge Viper Team Oreca 51 race car. Second, which is considerably worse, I bought a 205 Rally car. I go to select it in my garage, and the screen goes black and takes me to the GT mode main screen.

Merely it's considered to be some kind of bug/error in my opinion... Restart your PS3 and then check out the status in your garage to make sure there's no problem with it any longer.
