Two GT5 Profiles on one PS3? Possible?

Well, back in the GT4 days you'd have several memory cards. One with your game progress, another one setup for LAN partys, one for hybrids …

Now as I am the happy owner of ONE ps3 slim, ONE GT5 disc and ONE homemade racing rig, I am looking for a solution so my wife can have her own GT5 garage, progress etc.

This might be a stupid question … but how do I do it? Do I have to create a different profile in my PS3 menu or do I create something inside my GT5 home? Please help.

Just make a new PS3 profile for her and voila, she can have her own separate garage if you boot GT5 from her user

How can you play two player battle ( split screen) if you can't bring your own garage to a friend's house, we have had race night's at each others house ever since the begining of Gran Turismo, does anyone have a solution please???
