I have 5 wanders left and have two questions.
How do I get my license plate to say R16-C3 or whatever it was to get those guys with license plate specifications to race me? I dont see any R's or C's only numbers?!

And is that map of all the pa's still around. It seems to be a dead link on that thread. Thanks!

Go to my FAQ! LINK!

Check out in the beginning of the thread there is a how to on selecting your license plates.

R-rows
C-columns

Could you possibly give me an example of rows and columns? I dont exactly get it?

If you need a FAQ on that including the explanation of...... rows and columns..... then go to gamefaqs.com.

Or if you just need the requirements straight foward go to toyomatt's FAQ.:)
