want to ask.. i race grand valley speedway 5 lap front tyre already burn out 80%...i use mclaren f1 94

You need to work on your punctuation. It looks more like a statement then a question to me at the moment.

Try turning less. If you hear the 'squeal' of the front tyres slipping then you might be turning them too far. That will drag them across the road and soon you'll be driving on tyres with the look/performance of a Ginger Nut biscuit.

Kurasa kau bertanya apa yang ban anda boleh gunakan untuk perlumbaan pusingan lima?

(Google translate, it ain't difficult)

Its hardly a statement, just saying something.

How did the OP get an 80% and what for? Front tyre wear from 5 laps? Front tyre heat from 5 laps?

even if it was english i just see a statement being made...

You can't seriously be criticising the OP, when you've no punctuation & on top of that you're from The UK???

To all those being jerks about his english: Come on people... be at least diplomatic if you wanna be idiots...

To OP: perhaps you're locking your front wheels? Is ABS off? Or like the others said, perhaps you're being a bit too aggressive with your car? Try being a smoother race and you'll be able to save your tires, I do know that at just before the tunnel and in between the two tunnels I lock my tires often, so it could be that part?

Come on now, what in the world does that have to do with anything? By the way "the" in the middle of a sentence doesn't need a capital and your comma usage isn't correct.

Back ON TOPIC...

As was said above try to take smooth lines and try to break in a straight line before the turn and then ease the car in and out of the corner.

He means English is his first language and should be fairly good at tying it. I hate the Grammar Nazis on here especially when they are having a dig at people who are trying their best, it would be different if they only hounded txt spkrs. :grumpy:

Also youre exit is more important than youre entery to the corner, so if youre going to push the car push it on exit. This will help save the front tires and youre more likely to spin the rear tires insted of locking the fronts. This will also help ballance out the wear. However If you spin the rear tires a lot id say it will be harder to drive at the end of the run. If given the choice id take a car thats a little tight then a little loose.

I was talking about Mckieran not the OP. I couldn't care less about proper grammer all the time on here but when you make fun of people and add "your from the UK" to it I have no problem pointing out things to that person.

That wasn't aimed at you. The first sentance was the answer to your question, the rest was a rant at other people on GTP.

I never make fun of anyone, I do not know anyone on here so I do not know if English is their first language or if they have some sort of learing difficulty so I never criticise spelling/ grammar.

I point out bad grammar but don't criticise it. People will not learn unless they are told, but criticising just ticks people off.

Back to the OP, you are probably carrying either to much speed it to the corners, or your suspension is set too stiff 'scrubbing' the tyres. Try softening the front suspension a little and adjusting the camber. Or you could search the tuning section on here for a good tune.

You shouldn't start a sentence with the word "Or". :)

Maybe you should read my post again I wasn't making fun of anyone. I personally hate grammar Nazi's or Nazi's of all kinds for that matter. I did feel that it is wrong to criticise someone from Malaysia for their poor English, specially when the person doing the criticising is a native of England & as has been said, should be able to type their own native language correctly.

Oh & it'd be nice if you could spell my name properly, thank you :)

Everyone has used Google Translate and been cussed out by a mate who speaks the lingo because it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Nice Try :)

He's saying some people have to use it maybe? Does everybody know how to speak proper English on here? Serious question. But, it's not like that question can really be answered. Something to think about though. Be nice.
