Tyre choice - racing hard or sports soft?

I'm thinking more for the B-spec grinding in the Dream car series - as title the can be RH or SS.
Now I'd like to do this as an auto-pilot job and not have to manage him while I do other stuff, so which would Team Bob be better on, or is there not much of a difference?

Car is a ZR1 RM, if it makes any difference.

For your own use there's a gulf between the performance of R:Hard and S:Soft.

Depends how many laps there are. If there's alot of them, I'd go with the racing hard tires. Less pit stops. 💡
