That one car just came around in the UCD and you can't afford god dammit!
I decided that the community could help each other out when this happens.
What we can do is keep an organized list of everybody that wants "insurance."
When someone has that car pop up, we all send them a Ferrari F40 for them to sell for 1XX,000 credits.
Just leave your PSN and we can get this started!
