If I am logged out and don't race at all, does the UCD cycle?

Basically, there is a car in the UCD i want, but can't buy it until tomorrow. If I turn off the PS3 and log back on tomorrow, will the UCD be the same or does time also cycle the UCD along with doing races?
 
It will be there if you just log out

...but if u start running races to make money, it cycles of course

It cycles 1/5 every time you load a race or lincense
 
it only changes when you race from what i noticed. Every race event will add 6 new cars to the ucd.

UCD is tied to days played on the individual account
 
will change on the account you race on only.

Thanks for the answers, much appreciated.

Have a car in UCD that I want but have a trade pending for the same car. Would rather get it through my trade, but would buy it if the trade falls apart so want to make sure I don't lose that chance if I need it.
