Today I was trying to practice for the Manufacturer Championship, and I noticed that my Beetle was a little bit oversteering. So I went in the car settings, and I saw that... with the BoP activated you can't even modify the setup of the car!
I know people just wanna do a race and don't want to spend a little more time to do a proper setup, this might be true for the Dailies. But come one Gran Turismo, at least in the Weeklies I want to do my setup to feel comfortable in my car and do a good time and race!
Has someone opinions on that?

Beetle? You're not welcome here.

Settings are locked since day one on dailies and fia. deal with it. Discussed many times.

What's your rationale for it being okay in dailies but not FIA?

Is it John, Paul, George or Ringo you hate the most?

I Sort of wonder then why you purchased a game that was specifically designed for online racing.

Seems a little odd to buy a game with little single player content and then feel like your in the best position to judge others for using sport mode?

All my driving time is spent in the lobbies and its brilliant. I have added loads of new people to my friends list who are all clean drivers and join their lobbies when I see them. I dont feel the need to go into sport mode.

Admittedly I might fancy a go at the FIA nations or manufacturers cups but im too busy doing championshis and endurances organised on here. Plus I also have 2 kids and a very sexually demanding wife.

I know how you feel, luckily I get more GTS time the happier she is...

Happy wife, happy life, eh?

:banghead: Oh Dear, I knew as soon as I read Beetle, Sport and Tuning in the one sentence it was going to end in a world of ridicule and pain.....
