Hey all
So I'm a bit new to mortgages here in the UK,
I'm a first time home buyer and my finance has a mortgage, would it be possible to get a new joint mortgage and have her current place as a rental?
I heard mortgage companies wouldn't want to give out a second mortgage to her unless she was earning a much higher salary than what she is on now,
If anyone has any experience or gone through something similar to share with me that would be great,
