uk noobie help "KAIDO BATTLE"NTSC/J

hi im in the uk with kaido battle 1 and 2
i have a pal system and the games are ntsc/j
is there anybody with kaido battle they plays this game
i cant play because the format dont match
what do i need to get so i can play because ACTIONREPLAY2 dont work
i would love to play this game after seeing some vids of it
cant wait
please can you help

Ahh, you PM'ed me.

Yeah, well since getting your PS2 chipped has become illegal (which is so ****ing stupid, seeing as how you can still get multiregion chips for things like dvd players) your only option is Either a swap magic kit, or a ps2 slide card. I don't know much about them, so just put those into google and see what you can find.

Oh and I heard that Kaido Battle 1 sucks, but 2 is awesome.
 
right i no someone must have kaido battle 2 in the uk with pal system
will swapmagic work
or has any one else no how this will work softwear os other wise
 
the facts:

both pal and ntsc games will work with any your playstation IF it had been chipped, or its a jps2 . term used in the event that you dont violate AUP.

youll have to use an ntsc TV for an ntsc game. pal tv for a pal game. does the game at least boot up? this is a good sign if it id. the work around for not using a ntsc tv is a pc video capture card. plug your ps2 vid into the card and set the settings to ntsc, it should work

the cons: playing on capture card is less than entertaining, the reaction time is off for the vid feed and the resolution/colors just dont stand up to a TV. reason being: the game video feed isnt being rendered on your computer, its just the video being converted to digital over a wire then converted to ntsc, so it kinda blows.

i played pal tenchu3 on ntsc ps2 over a capture card, it was as said above, slow, not choppy but delayed.

no mate the game doesent even boot up just a red screen saying place a ps2 format disc in
in the uk it is outlawed to sell chips for ps2 and i cant get one anywhere
thats why i want to no if swapmagic deffo works ive got the slidecard
i want to no if anyone in the uk with a pal machine plays ntsc/j games and what do they use? 👍
