The listing of tracks and relevant dates will be posted if 16 drivers are found to participate in the championship.
Below is a provisional list of rules and regulations that would be followed in the race championship.
"Race Weekends"
Rule 1.1: A race weekend will consist of a private lounge opening at 8pm of a scheduled day which provides a 105 minute qualifying session, where each driver must post a qualifying time. Races will take place at 10pm with all drivers in the pits (not the lobby) by 9:45 pm.
Rule 1.2: Races will attempt to be 60 minutes long.
Rule 1.3: In the event that the UCC becomes a regular and consistent event in a week, practice sessions can take place between teams between race events in order to optimize the performance of their cars.
Rule 1.4: Fuel and Type Degradation, Light Mechanical Damage, Penalties for collisions and corner cutting and False Starts will be applied in all race events.
Rule 1.5: In the course of a race, every driver must race on both Racing Hard and Racing Soft tyres. Racing Medium, all Sports and Comfort Tyres are NOT permitted. In the event of a wet race, this rule will not apply.
Rule 1.6: Any tracks that provide a Change Weather and/or Change Time option will automatically be used.
"The Cars"
Rule 2.1: All cars performing in the championship must be fully modified in the areas of Body/Chassis, Engine, Intake System, Exhaust, Turbo Kits (if applicable), Transmission, Drivetrain, Suspension and Tyres. Any aero parts available for Premium cars must also be purchased in order to modify Aerodynamics.
Rule 2.2: Before the first round of the UCC, a full Engine Overhaul and a Restoration of the Body Rigidity must be performed. An Oil change and Car wash is also suggested.
Rule 2.3: Oil,Engine and Body can be overhauled after every 5 race weekends.(i.e. After Races 5,10 and 15)
Rule 2.4: Teams must have their cars in the same colour in order to differentiate themselves from other teams. Exact paint items are not necessary, however they must be the same primary colour ( e.g. red, blue, green, black, white) and texture (e.g. gloss, metallic).
"Championship Structure"
Rule 3.1: The points distribution for finishing races are as follows:
1st Place: 50 points
2nd Place: 45 points
3rd Place: 40 points
4th Place: 35 points
5th Place: 30 points

7th Place: 26 points
8th Place: 24 points
9th Place: 22 points
10th Place: 20 points

(e.g If a driver is disconnected whilst in 1st place,he/she will be given 25 points, similarly, a driver disconnected in 16th place will get only 1 point.)
"Online Rules"
Rule 4.1: For the benefit of good communication, players would be encouraged to speak English only.
Rule 4.2: A member of the UCC will be nominated the Lobby Creator. As the title implies, this individual must undertake the responsibility of creating the PRIVATE Race Lounge at the scheduled time. "Warm-up" races can take place at the whim of the lobby host before 8pm but not after.
Rule 4.3: Good netiquette must be observed at all times. Trash-talking, unnecessarily loud noises on headsets will not be tolerated. Any individual that is seen to be vulgar or aggressive to other drivers over headsets or in the chat box will be removed from the lobby and no points will be awarded.
Rule 4.4: In order to maintain a strong connection,it will be recommended that all members of the UCC are from the United Kingdom ( England & Ireland) and continental Europe.
Rule 4.5: In the situation where a driver is unavailable for a race weekend,it is highly recommended that a substitute driver is found and half points are issued. For these points to be awarded, the absent driver must inform the Lounge Owner or Race Steward about his absence. A constant absence by the driver will warrant him/her to be replaced by a more consistent competitor.
"Parc Fermé"
Rule 5.1: A member of the UCC will be nominated the "Race Steward". This individual will be responsible for investigating all racing incidents that took part in the race. This will be carried out by downloading the replay and having all drivers who claim they were involved in a racing incident reporting to the Race Steward. In these "reports" the driver will note the lap number where the incident took place. If the Race Steward agrees that a preventable collision took place, the perpetrator will be issued a fixed time penalty as par the list below.
Failure to brake, therefore colliding into the back of the car ahead: 30 seconds
Corner cutting,in the case that a penalty was not issued: 5 seconds per corner.
Blocking the pit lane: 25 seconds
Continuous "brake-testing": 20 seconds
Attempting to spin the car ahead around or shoving a competitor off the road: 40 seconds
Weaving on the track, trying to prevent an overtake in progress: 15 seconds
Driving the wrong way around: Automatic disqualification for 3 race events
Ignoring the "blue-flag" as a backmarker: 20 seconds
Deciding not to drive on both types of tyres as specified in Rule 1.5: Disqualification from race weekend.
Rule 5.2: The Three Strikes Rule: Any driver that has violated any of these rules three times will warrant the driver being disqualified from the standings par the discretion of the Race Steward.
Rule 5.3: The Race Steward can change every race weekend if other drivers are not satisfied by his/her performance.
Rule 5.4: It's highly recommended that every driver downloads the replay of each race weekend in order to review their own performance, observing driving styles of championship rivals and checking for race incidents.
Rule 5.5: If time penalties are issued, the Race Steward will inform the perpetrator of the incident via Forum Post or Private Message.
Rule 5.6: Race results will be posted by a member of the Championship on a clearly labelled thread along with the provisional race results along with any possible incidents to be investigated and updated Driver & Championship Standings.

"Race Calendar and Preliminary Preference Race"
Rule 7.1: A pre-race will be announced when 16 drivers are found and are arranged into 8 teams. These 8 teams will drive in the same car which will be announced in due time. Teams will allocate themselves a colour for differentiation purposes.
Rule 7.2: The purpose of this race will see which team (Team Names optional) will have the first preference of the 8 cars available. This will be done by adding together the race times of both members. The shortest time will give the first choice of the car. Similarly, the longest time will result in this team taking the last car remaining. Team members must agree on their car preference before the race begins.
Rule 7.3: In order to make the Championship successful, the race weekends will be done on a regular basis (i.e. weekly or bi-weekly).
