I was just having a race around the Umbria rally corse in my new black GT-One. I went too fast into a bend and ended up spinning, when the car stopped i was facing the wall on the side of the track so i tried to reverce out, finding about a foot of space behind me untill the other wall :sick: I was stuck. Had to wait for the other car to ram me out. God bless stupid AI :dopey:
 
Going too fast in the GT-One. Were you trying to lap the other car? I finished off my Umbria Rally using a Formula One car. I only needed to use part-throttle on most of the course except for the long back-straight (where I would punch it heartily). Why did I use a Formula One car? Because Umbria is boring and I wanted to get it out of the way. I got my one measly A-spec point. No spin-outs however. You're lucky you weren't behind the AI racer when you got wedged or you would have become the first racer to lose Umbria in a LMP car. :)

I went to fast because i was far ahead and was pushing the limits of driving fast in small streets, Maby i pushed too far

The exact thing happened to me i clipped a wall and my car went sideways and i couldnt reverse or turn when the ai car came (about 40secs later :indiff: ) instead of knocking me straight, it just pushed me down the track for a while untill it opened up a bit.

Just think about it before you post, who is the stupid one, you for getting yourself jammed or the AI for getting you out? What would you have done in it's place, just sat there idling while the other car stays jammed? The AI isn't very clever, but in this case there is nothing else it could have done.

i used that hugeass toyota rally raid car, and got nudged to get stuck sideways with a 5 second penalty


on the first lap :yuck:

Me too! I had about 10 trillion penalties though. :dopey:
 
I used the F1 car to re-win the prize car in hard. Got in front of the guy on the first turn, and thought it would be funny to play around with him. Went really slow, stayin right in front of him, laughed as he stayed at the same speed as me, but than he nudged me, and I got a 5 second penalty, and he drove off. Most likely gettin the last laugh too. :ouch:
 
well I use the Zonda and I had no problems just when I am goin to fast on one corner and got stuck and had to reverse but otherwise I had no penalties and was 23 seconds ahead
 
rallye umbria boring? no way, its one of the most exciting things in the game! going flat out in a race car through asisi gives me more adrenalin than any other race in GT4. 👍
 
Umbria Hard is what the Lotus Elise 111R is made for! :D
 
I used my humble little BMW 2002 Turbo :boggled:
No traction, sliding around the corners. Makes for some sweet replays. Out-driving the AI in an inferior car is the only way to go for me!

P.S. no chance of getting stuck in a li'l old 2002 :dopey:

Wooa what got stuck up your ass and died this is just a light hearted discussion about our experiences with the track. you do have a point BUT didnt have to put it like that. The ai didnt actually free me, it just pushed me to a point where i had more space to free myself. if the ai was the one who was stuck i would of hit its rear so it would be facing the wrong way but the other car didnt even react, it just carried on like my car wasnt there and thats what i find funny! :mad:
