He has some time to think about it, unless this turns around of course. I had to make this a 5 day poll since I'm travelling and probably can't put the next theme up before I'm back. I had hoped to start the next round before I go but since this went in to tie-break that wasn't possible. So we continue this weekend, I hope.

Not to be rude, but i am shocked to see that the civic's got more votes than an elise...

well the thing is, the pic of the elise, it looks more High Res. more detail.. the civic contains a lot of plain dark colours.

There are a huge photographic theory filling books and manuals, so I think they are the best to explain some things beyond detailing and brightness.

I voted for Empty before because I thought it was the best photo. It's technically good, the composition of all elements, the horizon rule, the 1/3 rule, the beautiful vanishing line and the whole geometry fitting all together nicely helped by a useful frame inclination. I think it has more than a cool car zoomed and detailed...

Mine is more simple, I had a bunch os more stantard photos, but this have got an interesting element that even i'm not sure what it's but works. Probably the intersection between both cars is placed in a point of the 1/3's grille, and the dramatic light and close battle of wild Spoons are giving an interesing effect to the senses.

Since some weeks ago I was thinking if some voters can understand what people is doing at GTP. And I've been noticed some names are voting, week by week, photos with evident less photographic quality imho. This is not that situation btw, and I think Empty easly could have won this week with the Elise ( I thought so till I watched the results)

Although this is an Un-Edited competition, and no one has the fault that GT4 sometimes don’t render well the cars, a photographer need to know how to mask those things.
That is way I didn’t vote for the Elise. I think that the picture is a bit too bright, and the car is a bit dull, making a bit too aggressive to the vision (at least my vision). Has for the Spoon, it is more relaxing, it combines very well between the elements , and that dark feeling not to dark, not to abrasive is fantastic. Also, the photographer knew how to hide those bad renderings of GT and stuff. That’s why I voted for the Spoon in the two polls. I also don’t find anything special about the Elise (no offence for the photographer thought). This is only my opinion about the shots…everyone has his own opinions (I think)
