Unable to connect to GT6 servers

Today I've been playing GT6 as normal, however around 6-7 p.m. I started getting an error message when I wanted to connect to the GT6 servers. "An error has occurred in the lobby server. [310]" I tried quitting GT6, and I also tried to turn the console off completely, but I keep getting this message. Does anybody know what's going on?

I've had this problem from day one with GT6 and GT5. It's ****ing annoying and it just seems to only work whenever it feels like working. Never had a problem with any other online game, only GT.
 
I don't usually have trouble with GT lobby connections, but I did yesterday. Had 4 in a row that would go to the loading screen and then disconnect me. Must have been something up yesterday.
 
Just right now I'm having the [1213] error when trying to access Open Lobby. Does anyone know what it means exactly? I can't play GT6 online because of it. :/

I've been having the exact same issue. It's highly uncharacteristic.
