unable to re-activate my account

Can a moderator or administratior please help me, Hermanvongerman is my account name, and it has been deactivated for some reason, I have tried to send the reactivation code to my e-mail multiple times but it is not sending.

Can I please get this resolved ASAP as am partaking in some challenges and competetions here on these forums, but am unable to post!!!!
