Unable to use paid DLC after 2.04

I still cannot use Kart Space after 2.04

Fixed an issue where if the game is started without signing in online and then saved, the cars and tracks included in the Racing Car Pack and Course Pack would become unusable.

I can use Spa and Cars from DLC pack 1, but cannot race in Kart Space Online or Practice Mode.

Anyone experiance this? Know a fix?

Edit: Family Pack download does not fix it. Tried multiple times

If he has installed Spa then he obviously has kart track installed doh.

OP try reinstalling game data NOT game save then redownload.

Edit: It is done, I have deleted the near 10gigs game data, and now downloading, fingers crossed

I didnt try deleting the game data before now because of the download and installation times,
also I thought it was a savegame issue, because I could use the missing track in other accounts on the same ps3.
