basically, what cars do you use that would not usually be recommended as a drifter or not usually seen in drift vids, but are reasonably good drifters that you just happend to pick out. for me it would have to be the nissan r390 road car, i never thought this thing would even slightly let the tail out. this thing is a blast to drift, and so responsive, which can be a bad thing cos a slight misjudged countersteer will have yu pointing straight again but it does make accuracy and recovering easier. another is the ruf ctr2, ok so most of the 4wd's are easy to drift this one has superb handling and makes for real smooth and easy controlled driftage 👍
anyone else with unexpected drifting gems?

Austin Martin V8 Vantage
Big, fast, heavy, and a blast to drift!

Mazda Demio
FF.. not fun to drift.. since it's so slow... but it's different!

Clio Sport Race Car
Hard to get to slide, hard to get good angle without spinning, hard to keep that angle... it's a good challenge.

FF isn't really drifting...

Now, I drift MR cars... I'll have a vid here with cars people would never think to use :D You'll see

i drifted the big benz not long ago, cl600 i think it is, very easy to drift

Tom's Chaser 540.

I've not seen or heard of that one being used in a drift scenario before. Sbutle car as well. Commonly called "a Sleeper"

I seriously hope thats meant to be a joke. I think we all have one setup to drift in our garage.

Gah... I really need to pay closer attention.

Did I really miss that it's a favorite? *Hunts around for "smacks forehead" Smiley*

good for you. i dont post in dead threads. saves time 👍

How does it save time? The thread would come right to the front and be noticed just as if it were new, so how does it save time to repost the same thing again? Oh it also uses more bandwith. 👎

Lotus Motorsport Elise. Difficult but fun.

i was referring to the fact that he bumped in a thread that was pretty much left for dead. and for what? to tell everyone how he spends his free time

anyway heres some more less used ones
audi s4
camaro ss
speed 6

Uh....isn't that what you started this thread about? To tell everyone how you like to spend your free time?

My point is simple. Bumping old threads is better then creating new redundant ones. Period.

Swift is right man. Bump old threads, save Jordan's bandwidth.

Anyone ever seen the MR-S drift :sly:

Heh heh, that is a good one. Infact, most MR's are fun to drift and fun to watch.

I think you mean "Porsche"... However, that's still wrong... It's not a "Porsche RGT", it's a "Ruf RGT"... Be careful calling a Ruf a Porsche... Serious car enthusiasts will jump down your throat...
