I have noticed when i drift i am having a lot of understeer and i can't seem to get the tail loose. I have been doing it all all different powered cars and the same thing. I am also using sheron's settings.

Someone please assist me.:banghead: :banghead:

Well, first what drivetrain?

Second, maybe sherons settings arent exactly your style, you might want to try someone elses settings.

Third, technique, maybe the technique you are using just isnt your style.

Those could be your problems.

Right now, im having the same problem myself because i havent touched GT3 for such a long time.

First you need to tell us what drivetrain you are talking about. Then we can help you.;)

You might want to start with an easier car like, any of the Silvias IMO. ;)

Here are the other things.

spring rate 16/14
ride height 99/99
shock bound 7/7
shock rebound 8/8
camber angle 3/1
toe angle 2/2
stabs 6/6
brakes 10/24
initial torque 50
accel 50
decel 5

Also it feels like there is not enought torque getting to the wheels when I want to break the rear loose and it feels like the steering is not that responsive when initiating the drift.

well i can drift the 700 hp rx-7 fd just fine but you may be right. I think i am entering the turn at the wrong angle or the car needs to be adjusted

i think i found one of the things that was keeping the tail stuck. I took off the rear camber and was a little bit easier to break it loose.

Thanks for your assistance if you having anything else it would be appeciated

dont turn str8 into the turn when trying to drift..u wanna kinda flick it into the turn. Turn the opposite direction of the turn u want to enter then flick the controller or steering wheel into the direction u want to go in as ur braking and dont 4get to downshift..u will get ur tail loose really eaily and understeer wont be as bad.

If you don't have ASM turned on then put 300hp trough the simulation tyres. I bet you'll drift. You may also drive too fast to the corner, drifting isn't about it so slow down when you come to corner and use (I drift this way sometimes) one higher gear than usually when coming to corner, then at good moment put the pedal to the medal and immediately change lower gear, right after you have accelerated at full power, this is very easy way to get the car to drift.

yeah I turned everything off and I actually before i read you post I used the e-brake and it worked pretty good.

I think i just like going fast and that causes it I will try to slow down a bit thanks
