Here we go, a unique challenge. What is the car with the LEAST amount of PP that you can lap Tsukuba in under 1-minunte with?

List your car and mods and time. If you used the power limiter, please specify the percentage. Same for ballast. Soft sport tires only.

Remember, you just have to break into the 59.xxx range, no faster.

No karts. Everything else is fair game.
