Unknown Game Play Message

I haven't searched the forum for this as I don't know what to look for.
I'm currently doing the 24hr Nurburgring race and after switching back to A-Spec after Bob being out a message flashed up on the screen, which I've never seen before.

I only caught a glimpse of it, something like "Finished Reco*** ******". Defently three words, I looked through the booklet for any info but couldn't find anything.

Has anyone else come across this warning?

The game doesn't record the whole race, only an hour or two max. That is what you saw.
