Unlock car dealerships?

Okay, so I got this game for christmas and I am enjoying it like mad so far. I am level 10 a-spec and have also done a few of the special events.

Anyway, when I go to the dealership some manufactures like Bugatti aren't there. It's also the same case with the actual cars - for example in the Nissan dealership I can't see any of the old skylines that I have previously raced against.

So does this mean that I unlock new manufatcures and cars as I progress through the game?

Everything is there at the start. Some cars are only sold in the used dealership which cycles after every race.

The only thing that shows up later in New cars is the x2010 at level 30, and you cant buy it until level 40.

Also, do you know how often the online car dealership refreshes?

There's 6 new cars in the regular UCD each time you load a track, and the online collectors dealership has changed twice since it was released.
 
Thanks, I wish on the online dealership you could search for cars, it would make it so much easier.
 
Basically, the Premium cars are in the normal car dealerships and the Standard cars are in the Used car dealership. The Bugatti Veyron is Standard.
 
Also, don't buy the Veyron because you will eventually win it.

Hasn't it only changed once? The original one with the pickups in it, and then it changed to the new one with the RX-7s?

This is true. My brain accidentally counted the store first appearing as the first change.

So it's only changed once.

I think it will change again New Years Eve. Get that Audi before it is gone, it is sweet.
 
And if you need to know what car to use for certain events, try the GT4 forums. The race reports. As most of the events are the same.
