Is it true that you unlock more cars by getting all golds in the green, blue etc sections? and if so what are they?

Its correct, by getting all golds in a section you win a prize car.

The best one is the Concept M5, the other ones suck basicly

i think you win it by getting all golds in the second section (orange if my memory serves me right)

once you get it, switch off all aids, stick on some street tires, and enjoy

Yep, you can get more cars if you have Golds. For Toyota MR-S, you need a gameshark codes to able unlocking this car.

Today I got all golds in the Orange license tests and won the BMW M5. My first impression was 'damn, that car's huge!'. I like the engine sound though.

I've got all 5 unlockable cars and the only good ones are the HSC and M5, the others are just slow, 2 are 1 geared, probably electric!
