unlocked car not offered

Hi there! A problem I have experienced a few times in the Trophy events in FC. After having achieved the required position (third or higher), I received no unlocked car - much to my surprise. I wonder if the problem is common to others here.
 
Hmm never heard of that before.

Sorry if its a dumb question, but are you aware you have to go in the showroom, and buy the car you unlocked ?

Also you can unlock the same cars in diferent events. So maybe you already unlocked some of the cars in another event, Arcade, Challenge season or something like that ?
 
I finished italy, europe and north america with maximum points and all the trophy cars unlocked after that. So better postions will bring u more chance to win cars.
