Unlocking Ford Mustang SVT Cobra-R '00

Hey guys im new here and am a Huge fan of the Gran Turismo games (Obviously as im here) but i need some help...

Im a Big Ford fan and i cannot seem to find out how to unlock the Ford Mustang SVT Cobra-R i cannot find it anywhere :guilty:

I have every other Ford i want FPV GT, FPV Typhoon, Ford GT, Shelby GT 350, Etc but in Gran Turismo 3 i had a Mustang SVT Cobra-R and it is one of my favorite cars.

The Mustang SVT shows up in the used car lot at different times mate.

It's called looking at the used car showroom lists. USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION!!!

I did use the SEARCH Function mate it didn't come up with anything on the Cobra R, close it if you like, a member with a brain has been nice enough to provide me with my answer.
 
Looked through the list here? (sticky at the top of the page). It should tell you when the car appears.
 
This thread will be closed, but definitely NOT because Master Yoda said it shall be.
