Unlocking race events???????????

I am having problem completing the professional events.I have earnt gold in all the beginner races and gold in all but the the last event of the professional races.but it is not allowing me to enter the last event.is there a way to acess this race or a means to unlock the extreme events?I am i being stupid or is there a problem with my game?CAN ANY ONE PLEASE HELP!

I would normally move your thread to the correct location, but this is one of the most asked questions here. The answer is that you have missed a race somewhere. Have you done all the championships as a championship, not as single races? Check all your trophies are gold, and not a bronze one sneaking in somewhere. Check your car list against the prize car lists.

As you have your answer, this thread is going to get locked.
