Unlocking the BMW 135tii Concept

Hey Folks.

I have searched through the forums and cannot find information on unlocking the BMW 135tii... so i'm sorry if this has already been covered.

I'm playing the Japanese version of the game over at my friend's house. I see that the 135tii does not have an amount ($) next to it and is not available for purchase. How do you make eligible for purchase??

Any advice would be welcome.

PS) I am jittery because the game comes out next week and I will be purchasing a PS3 over the weekend!!! :) :)
