Unofficial X360 controller for PS3?

I searched and didnt find anything about. So here comes my question.
Im thinking about a way to use a xbox 360 controller for my PS3 since a long time already.
I tried the offical one and it does not really surprisingly not work, PS3 says something like `unknown usb-device`...
Now today I saw a Speed Link controller for the xbox and I think it might work, but I dont want to waste my money in case it doesnt! Its called 360 Style Gamepad, USB by SPEEDLINK.
Really think it could work since it is USB,for PC and its not wireless.I know many other USB gamepads for the PC work very well on the PS3,I just dont like them lol.
So please if anybody has this particular controller or a very similar one tell me does it work with the PS3?
 
brrrr xbox controllers , but its for PC so i dont reckon it will work on ps3. But maybe you can buy it, try it, and return if its not good?

Yeah I know i could do that, but the shop is in Swizzerland and I live in Germany so returning it will be difficult.

Normal PC controllers work with with the PS3 flawless though, I know it cuz I have tried ten or so already... as I said before I just dont like them :(
Going to try it anyway then ,this gamepad is so wonderful for my hands its a bit more suitable than original 360 gamepad. Probably it will end like all the other controllers, in the corner :odd:
