I'd like to do a serious race but I can use 90% of tracks, because:

## TOO MUCH DRAFTING (excess drafting destroy the race!!) ... One driver is 2/3 seconds most quikly but is it possible to reduce gap in one straightaway. 👎
Fuji
High Speed Ring
Grand Valley Speedway
Cape Ring
Circuito de Madrid
Tokyo R246
Special Stage Route 5 (glitch on road)
Rome

## NO PENALITY ON CUTTING (absurd that PD has not yet insert the penality for cutting after the US GT Academy episode!!!!:scared:) and TOO MUCH DRAFTING
Suzuka
Deep Forest Raceway
Daytona
Circuit de la Sarthe
NĂĽrburgring 24h (glitch on track when time variable)
NĂĽrburgring GP/F
Indianapolis Motorspeedway
Autodromo Nazionale Monza

## NO PENALITY ON CUTTING
CĂ´te dÂ’Azur
Trial Mountain Circuit

## useless track for race (ridiculous tracks!!)
The Top Gear Test Track
Special Stage Route 7

only these are OK
Tsukuba
Laguna Seca
Autumn Ring
London
Eiger Nordwand Track (not very good for race)

3 months from GT5 launch and it has not a simple basic of race game simulator. 👎
what do you think about?

Race with people who dont cut :D

Serious.. have you tried all penalty options?

I dont have those probs. Well, drafting is to extrem yes but thats it.. I have a lot of fun online and i never thought a track is unusable..

My problem with GT5 tracks/variations is that there are very few of them that manage to level performance between different car types. Most of them except a few ones (Autumn Ring Mini, Tsukuba, maybe London) seem to have excessively long straights or an excessively flowy style that penalize cars with a lower power but a good power-to-weight ratio.

So you have paid around ÂŁ40 (or whatever currency you use) to play a game which you only use 5 tracks to race on.. that sounds like money well spent

The fact that I love small, light but not very powerful cars is why Tsukuba is my favourite track. Most other tracks do favour bigger but more powerful cars, I wish you could race, say, an AW11 MR2 against an R35 GT-R at the 'ring and have an actually close race, but the abundance of high-speed sections means that the MR2's handling advantage is pretty much void.

Obviously this is much the same as real life, though, so it's hard to criticise PD for that. However, the slipstream effect is ridiculous. I think that's something they could change, though, as there is no slipstream effect in an online Free Run. Therefore, it should be a parameter they can modify, so they could add a slipstream effect (high/low/off) menu to the lounge settings... Maybe.

also on max penality setting it's possibile cut all chicane for example in Monza

Exactly! For PD is VERY EASY to add e option in setting room like high/low/off drafting. :ouch::ouch::ouch::ouch:
