Up to date list of all GT7 content?

Is there a complete list of all content/races available in GT7?

I know that there is the dashboard but that only gives summaries. I lose track of what circuit experience I've yet to do or what single-player races exist per track. Rather than hunt through each location, I was hoping there might be a list I can print out and check off as I complete content?

They don't tell me which CE and events I've done only totals.
