first of all, i would like to introduce myself as I am new to this website and woud like to get to know everyone. I will be especially focusing on the drifting section on the forum.
Basically, my question is: What is the online dealer? Is it cars submitted by online members or by developers, or is it simply random like the used car dealer? I'm not sure i really get it. It seems also that it defeats the point of the rarity of the cars in the used dealer becuase you can just get the 'rare' cars in the online dealer. Can someone help me with this?
