Update fails multiple times

1st off I got the 2.2gb Update to download and install but when it comes to the other update at the warning screen it fails every time saying I am not connected to the server. This is the 20th time this had done it and I know for a fact it is not on my end since I can play any other game online without any problems. Please help because I am about to break this game in half.
 
also for pointers it only took me half an hour or less to download the 2.2 GB
