update sugestion, musem cards removal

I would like to post this and i realy hope it will come to polyphony. I wish they do a delete option for the undreds of these unusefull double, triple and quadruple musem cards of the same card. We only can give them to friends but only 5 at a time so it will take months, and the game even give us more every day so we get more than we can give. We can delete cards that friends send us so WHY CANT WE DELETE OURS. SO PLEASE PD MAKE A DELETE OPTION.

If that is your biggest quam with GT5, I envy your disposition.
 
I've never really figured out what the museum cards are for? I have never even went to the museum and I've played the game everyday for over an year now. So not really bothered. :lol:
 
I understand that PD wanted some history about some of the auto makers. I really think that yes its cool but pointless. They could have used the memory or room, no matter how big or small it takes, for something better. Maybe another car, track, or race could have been squeezed in...I don't know.
 
Tell me if I'm wrong, but these cards don't take up any space on our hard drives, they're just little html files we can see over the network. Ignore them if you don't like them.

I think it's to do with the fact that they count towards your total items limit, which is 7000. That includes paint chips, horns, suits, helmets, spare parts, gift tickets et al. When this is considered, the museem cards are actually using up a lot of space.

The museum cards do not count towards your total items limit! They are not even listed in the items section.
 
Well, whatever it is little space lost or not, (SURELY IS) WHAT IS IT TO RIGHT A LINE CODE TO ADD A DELETE OPTION, there is too mutch of them anyway and i dont want 5 of them each.

The museum interface seems to be designed to hurt the user's soul. :)
That, plus the fact that cards can't be erased but it counts as "item" in global stats.

Come on baby light my rant!

Maybe ur right , its not there when not connected. well my point is clear now. thats why forum are made for, get answer to things we dont understand.

Same here. I've been playing since release and I have yet to look at any of them.
 
I like them,im a huge history buff in general. But when it comes to cars thats my weekness. But i could see why people wouldnt want them. Same reasons why i could do without horns and gear

Museum cards are not items, the item limit (7000 items) is only for paints, horns, gear & tickets. And they don't affect your game save file size in any way, as far as I know. :sly:

Why it bother you if you got multiple of the same? :confused: They are correctly stacked (not messed up like the items) & stored online.

Are you sure about that? If he finds fault with something so small then surely that means he has a lot more to worry about than you...

I have viewed every card i own, but i am yet to scroll through the horns i own. I'm with you on this.
