I don't think this will be the case.
But server maintenance is likely and this will mean a temporary halt to all trading.

Won't affect data backup. You just won't be able to send cars to different PSN's anymore.

Well it directly relates to trading so I thought it best to bring it to attention here. There's going to be a lot of pissed (including me) people if this is true.

Nothing of any real value no. They decided to allow the low value trading as its legitimate use was outweighing the "cheating"
