The biggest thing bugging me about GT5 is that you cant adjust the difficulty in arcade mode as you could in GT5P or GT4.

I really miss this feature, as you could set the AI level to a challenging level for yourself, regardless of your skill level or natural ability.

Aside from LAN or online racing, I have found this to be the most ejoyable and challenging way to play GT.

Surely this would be a simple feature to add in a future upgrade.

Yes, but you cant adjust the amount of AI difficulty as you could in GT5P. With this feature, you could fine tune a race to make it a challege, regardless of the performance of the car or which track is chosen, or the skill level of the player. It would also preselect a level when you set up a race, so you could raise or lower this according to the skill of the player. The range that you could adjust the AI cars was plenty enough that you never reached the maximum limmit, thus making the challenge to easy.

In GT4, you could speed up or slow down the AI cars, and also increase or decrease your horsepower and weight in quick tune, to fine tune the difficulty.

The three levels in Arcade mode in GT5 are all to easy, and cant be fine tuned.

Sometimes the levels are too hard. I have had it where I choose expert with a low powered car figuring I would get similar cars but instead my 22b was going up against GT cars and other race cars. Also had my Element go up against supercars. The arcade mode is stupid when it comes to picking proper difficulty and fine tuning things.

It seems to be an odd thing to exclude from the game as it was included in previous games.

Im usually not one to winge, but I find that not having this flexability has decreased my enjoyment of this game, as compared to the older games.

I thought that this feature in GT5P in particular, was very well done, and I cant understand why the full version has excluded it.
