Is upgrading a car for instance in the GT Auto Shop (racing modifications) the same as buying all the parts thru the tuning shop? It seems that in the GT Auto shop it makes them look like a race car and I presume race like race cars, and in the tuning shop you get all the performance but not the race car look. So which is the batter way to upgrade your car?
