Uploading Game Save Data

All this trading cars, duping cars, exploiting this and that has got me thinking...

Wouldn't it be easier to create one game save with just an X2010, put it on a file sharing site, and give the PSN username and password?

Is there a one login per account restriction? Or something I am missing? I am tired too soo
