Hi, since I don't know where to post this, I'll try it here since someone might be able to help me. My fanatec clubsport V1 clutch failed on me and I'm trying to upload my video on their site and is unable to do so. Have any other here have this problem? If so, how were you able to get a video of the issue to upload to fanatec customer service. Please help. And thanks for stopping by. Happy gaming

upload your video to a server, and give the link to them

Upload to mediafire and post DL link in your next mail to them, write up a report to them as well, job done. I've had to do this several times and if you follow the procedure properly, it's normally a quick turnaround.
If your based in UK as well it's normally done soonish, one of their guys is now based in London.
