well i have a 16GB USB memory stick. it was fine a few months ago when i last used it. well i was attempting to transfer photo files from my PS3 to the USB stick, it said not enough memory.

so i said okay maybe i have photos from the last time i transfered. i looked and it said there was nothing on the USB stick.

so maybe i had music on there. went to the music folder on the PS3 and there was also nothing there.

at this point i plugged it into my desktop and opened the device's folder. its just a blank folder..

so how come my 16GB memory stick only has 336KB on it?

EDIT: nevermind. friend told me to reformat it again and it worked. problem solved!

If you're running on a Mac, then try emptying your Trash Bin. If you delete things from your USB to the trash the USB still reads them as taking up space, you just cant access the files. If you're on a PC it could be the same thing with the recycling bin.

If that doesn't work, try to re-format the USB, that normally deletes everything on the USB and fixes it.

But only do this if you're certain there's nothing on it that you want/need!
