Used car break-in confusion

When does a standard car need to be broken in?

Usually for a premium car I put at least 200 miles to get it broken in.

But a bit confused with standard, do these all have to be broken in?
- 0 miles from online used cars
- under 200 miles used car garage
- high mileage used car put back to 0 miles
 
Cars only need to be broken in when they have no miles (i.e. new) or when they've had an engine rebuild. Cars from the OCD are already broken in, so no need to break them in.
 
Cars from the OCD are already broken in, even though they have 0 miles.

Cars from the UCD under 200 miles are on their way to being broken in and will be after 200 miles.

I'm not sure about the restoration ticket, but the only time I used one I did lose 14bhp in the restore and I assume it and some more would come back following breaking in.
