Used car dealer changes???

Checked my used car dealer this morning, and again this afternoon, and the car list changed completely?? Thought it only changed once a day? Does it change when you level up, or another reason???

Also, is it worth my time to buy rare used cars for trades? Don`t see how people are getting all these cars at 0/0/0 when I can only find them in the used lot..

Guidance is much appreciated. Thanks.
 
It changes completely after every game day. Every time you see a loading bar to go to a race, 6 cars change. It is a cycle, 5 "activities" = 1 game day and one full ortation
 
6 cars are removed and replaced by 6 new cars every time you start a race, licence test or speed test, and shouldn't this be in the q&a section of the forum?
 
It should be in the Q&A and I don't think the mods will be the least bit too please when they find this in the Marketplace.

People want cars that are 0/0/0 a lot more than others as they have not been modified or so they can use them as perfect museum pieces. The collectors value the perfection of these cars, just like other collectors in real life.

How to acquire the perfect cars is by tickets. You can win tickets in the game by completing a whole series of races. Eg- Beginner A Spec. Or you can win tickets in the Seasonal events. Then when you open a level ticket you get a random car of that level. If you never use it then it stays 0/0/0.

So some smart cookies have another account and have all their tickets there. They can then open the tickets and send what ever they like to their other account. A USB stick will help with this if you decide to go down that path.
