Used Car Purchase - Gone forever?

When you buy a particular car from the used-dealership, will it reappear? Or will only cars appear there that you don't already have?

Is it the case that any car in your garage will not appear in the used car dealership?

The reason I ask is because I'd like to do a mass-buy of used cars. But I don't want to buy ones that I already have. It's not practical to keep returning to the garage each time to check if you have a particular car.

That's true... but if you leave the dealership, check your garage and then return immediately to the dealership then nothing will have changed.
