Used Dealership - Cycle or Random?

Hi all, I want to ask if the used dealership is running on a cycle sequence or has PD generated some random code finally?

I believe it's random, as earlier this evening I got the same Citroen Xsara VTR offered to me twice in the same set of vehicles, each with a slightly different mileage. I can't imagine something I like that being part of any cycle.
