Maybe. Honestly, I don't know whose work is it. But I hadn't seen those cheats in his blog. I found them in videos of this guy https://www.youtube.com/user/Lompioppa P.S. Yeah, metric units, widescreen hack and 60fps is Silent's work, you're right.

To activate 60fps cheat you need to activate CPU overclocking in emul. settings.
