user created race tracks

I would love to have a game where I can create my own race tracks. That would be awesome to customize everything from the shape, length, surface, degree of banking in the corners. Pretty much everything for the track. Forza is all about customizing ur game. So I would be natural in forza. The paint booth is the best in any game. U can customize ur car too, so a track creator would be ultimate. I realize this may be hard to do and take up a lot of hard drive space, but surely its possible... off topic here but I hate they took away system link.

Something like that was planned for GT5 but they cut it because it was becoming too complex and consuming a lot of memory on disc. I don't think we will see a true track creator but maybe a track editor one day

That would be great to create your own tracks. I agree with hennessey that we won't see one. Mainly because of memory. Possibly for future systems. Would be awesome.

I don't know. I suppose it depends on just how much input we have. If we don't go through hand-crafting down to specific trees, shrubs, port-a-potties, and so forth, it might not be that bad. Sure, it would be great to do it right down to the specific arrangement of bleachers in the grandstands and polygon-by-polygon around the track, but we can settle for a bit less and still have a great deal of control. V-Rally 2 had a decent editor back in 1999/2000, at least on PC, and while I don't know what the file sizes were I'd wager a guess that they weren't of terribly enormous size, especially not by today's standards.

Could you please stop with the text speak:

AUP
You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

The PS version also had a track editor as well, I've still got a copy.

Off-topic but you also 'earn' the Climb Dance video in VR2 for completing the main campaign.

Great game.

Honestly It doesn't have to be all that deep in the beginning GT5 is pretty dull however I love the feature. I love make my own cursing roads, it give me the opportunity to drive on something different I would love this feature in FM.
