I'm new to the forum, and love all that is Forza. I just have a question. Has anyone else used a specific manufacturer for all races? I personally use Honda (Yes I am a fan boy) I have currently gotten 100% off all upgrades, but was curious on how the affinity levels work. Is there something major that happens after hitting a certain point? I'm currently level 11 in affinity with Honda, and have gotten credit rewards. Is that all that happens? Sorry if this is a dumb question.:boggled:
 
As far as we can tell, yep, it's solely credit bonuses from Level 4 onward. There may be some sort of bonus for hitting Level 50, but I haven't heard of it. The amounts are pretty significant though, which is nice.
 
Affinity goes to at least 25 because there is an icon you can put on your Forza profile that is level 25. At level 4 or 5, all upgrades are free and you get increasing CR as you advance. I think the highest level I am with anyone is 6 and I got 25k for completing level 5. And with the events being chosen based on your car, you may be able to go through all or at least most of the game with just Hondas.
 
Affinity goes to level 50, there is an achievement for that.

Get any Car Manufacturer to Affinity level 50.

The credit payouts are huge. I'm at driver level 37 right now and got BMW up to level 12 or so already, and I'm approaching the 100.000Cr. mark in terms of affinity payouts rather fast.

Other than that, there seems to be nothing else once you've passed level 4 and upgrades became free - aside from the badges you unlock at level 1, 10 and 25 respectively. However, since the payouts are that big, it does, in my opinion, still make sense to focus on one or two manufacturers and level them up a bit.
