using gift car tickets

Maybe Im being stupid, but how exactly do you use them lol? Got one for Busch nascar, but I'm stuggling to find exactly how to exchange it for one...someone care to explain it please!

Just go to the Car livery (truck icon in the 'main menu' of the career mode) and click on the icon. Yes, you want to use it. Wait, a car appears and then you select whether you want to drive it now or you just want to keep it in your garage for later.
