I found this: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=10298 and it looks like it was alowed before. And it isn't implemented anymore. What can I do so I can put multiple pics side by side?
I need to put a bunch of tiny thumbnails in post and don't want to put one below the next. It will look horrible and take up a ton of space. Is there any way around this?

You can always put multiple images side-by-side, just don't put any space in between the two image tag sets. I do just this for most of my gallery updates - the only issue is that it's then at the mercy of the viewer's resolution, so if they're browsing with a smaller resolution than what you designed your post around (say, a mobile browser), then it can play havoc with image-centric layouts.

I will try that out. I was thinking 4 thumbnails in a row.
Making a go to thread for all the RUF color variations. Finally found a way to make a complete, accurate list. Having side by side will give people a way to distinguish colors. But I want the thumbnails to be links to larger images so people can surf without killing bandwidth.
I'll try this out tomorrow. Thanks SlipZtrEm.

This is a test

I was actually hoping for tables to be implemented... It'd certainly be useful for my Event of the Week Standings...

Unfortunately, they won't be implemented again unless the forum software supports them by default sometime in the future. It has to be smart enough to check that you're using them correctly, otherwise a few misplaced tags can break the layout of the entire page they're on.

True. I got it to work pretty nicely using images as links. I was able to put a space between the photos. On my TV it looks good but I bet it doesn't look great on a phone. But the best with what is available.
Thanks!

Yes, if you heavily customize the layout of a post, you need to think a bit like a web designer and consider the wide range of devices, screen resolutions, and operating systems that view your content. As is often the case, keeping it simple will help ensure as many people as possible can quickly access, process, and efficiently use the information you're trying to share. 👍
