Hi there. When you have finished saving/loading any data from your memory stick whats the correct way to remove it?
What i mean is on the pc you click on the `safe to remove hardware etc`and it then tells you `ok`so you remove it.On the ps3 i cant find anything like this so i assume you just pull out the memory stick when your finished with it?

If you have an access light on the stick make sure that isnt flashing and its cool to be removed. Same with PC tbh.

Exactly. I have yet to find a reason to use that feature on the PC as well, to be honest. Seems to be fine to just pull the stuff out when you're done.

If you pull it out while some data is still being saved to it the drive will get corrupted and all data on it is lost.. If you are lucky you can format it again, and if not the flashdrive becomes a recycle-bin drive

Just don't pull it out while you are performing a backup or restore operation and you'll be just fine
